I have had trouble with my Phonak Roger on mic for over a year because of bad set up by my previous hearing provider … I took it to Monika in Campbell River Exscuse me Office and she did a full hearing test and investigated possible causes as to why my Rogers on did not work properly… she made a few adjustments and now I have a device that works way better… she understands that I already have the latest Phonak hearing aids that work excellent… but I will definately be using Exscuse me for any further advice on my hearing and upgrades …. I have tried every provider in the Campbell River and Comox area and these people are definately the genuine deal

Monika, who conducted my test, was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated.
Shelley, the receptionist, also deserves a special mention. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. Her friendly demeanor and helpful attitude added to the positive atmosphere of the clinic.
